I received an email from Jordan Dawson, a member of The Church Alive who has been in attendance at The Unlimited Realm Conference this past week and thought that it was worth sharing.  The title of the email was ‘Men of God/ The Word with the Holy Spirit’…

The Holy Spirit works mighty works with the Gospel.  When the Word of  God is preached the Holy Spirit operates.  It doesn’t take a man of  God on a pulpit to preach with the power of the Holy Spirit.  It is  for anyone who preaches the gospel anytime/ anyplace.  The Holy Spirit  moves with the word with Power and deep conviction.  In a mighty wind  which we talked about yesterday.  In this case the Word is the air and  the power that pushes the air to create wind is the Holy Spirit.  The  Word and the Holy Spirit together operate and create a mighty powerful  wind that will move and touch anyone.

1 Thess 1:5-6  Paul said, ” 5: because our gospel came to you not  simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep  conviction. You know how we lived among you for your sake. 6 You  became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you welcomed the message  in the midst of severe suffering with the joy given by the Holy Spirit.”

God I pray for your mighty Men of God.  That we will spread the gospel  to every man, women and child.  That you will present and create  opportunities to witness and invite people to this revival.  We  believe according to your word that when we witness to others the  power of your Holy Spirit will be present and operate through your  word.  That tonight every word spoken will move with great power.  We  pray that you will be our strength.  That we will be your imitators  and mirror reflection of you and the love you have for us for all to  see.  Help us understand great God the pain and suffering everyone is  going through to make us more effective witnesses.  Help us have the  love for other as you have for your children.  Amen!
