Brand New Day

Often times I really wonder
What do You see in me
I hope it’s just a reflection
That’s where I long to be

Thank You for spending time
With me each and every day
For it is my pleasure dear Lord
To walk with You along the way 

The road is often rough
You know what lies ahead
Direct my every move
By Your light I shall be led 

I know that You are near
Even when I fall astray
Pick me up once again
For today is a brand new day!
