From Here to Eternity

The winds of change are strong
As my life takes a new turn
Things not to stay the same
New things to experience and learn

It is a new place and time
But He walks with me hand in hand
As I trust and follow His way
Living my life as He has planned

Obstacles will guard my path
Laughter and tears will both cross my way
His strength will I lean on
To make it through each and every day

If I am walking alone with Him
Or if I’m sharing my life with another
His strength and guidance are sufficient
To provide for me unlike any other

My life is so precious to Him
I must walk by faith and not by sight
As I set out from here to eternity
Letting my life be a reflection of His light!
